My daughter gets the classic bowl without the pita bread. Let them know you have celiac and they will mark your order “allergy”. We watch them change their gloves before making your meal. So far she’s had no issues eating from here.

We frequently visit Tropical Grille. They say everything (except pita bread and fried items) is gluten free. My son has Celiac and has done extremely well eating here! He likes the chicken, black beans, and yellow or white rice bowls. You can get a kids, regular, or large size bowl. Just tell them gluten allergy, and they shouldn’t include the pita bread.
