Review of Trostel's Greenbriar

Dined here this evening. Told waitress I had celiac and ordered an item marked with a “G” (meaning the item can be made gluten free). After taking a bite of dinner (that included pasta), I was very suspicious. Asked waitress to confirm safe, and she said it wasn’t gluten free. I have been very careful to avoid gluten and cross contamination since diagnosed 2.5 years ago, so this is very sad and disappointing. Worried how I will feel tomorrow and the upcoming weeks. Complete accident on waitress’s part. I know she felt terrible.
