This place is amazing! Every cookie sold is gluten free, and every cookie I have tried tastes wonderful. They are knowledgeable about which cookies have other allergens which is great since I also have dairy and egg sensitivities. The price is also great.

This place is amazing. They have a bakery and they are at the farmer’s market on the weekends. I can’t say enough. I told them all my child’s allergies and they were more then knowledgeable. They came with a variety of cookies that she could eat, which were all delicious. I can’t wait for their online ordering and to come back again. They should be on top of the “Dallas area Gluten free” list.

This is a dedicated gluten-free kitchen.

When you pull up in front of the store it may look closed because the display case is empty and the lobby is sparsely decorated, but worry not- the bakers are in the back. They individually wrap and flash-freeze everything they make- no spoilage means their cookies are affordable, and they still taste fresh.

I was really happy with the four varieties I tried. Best peanut butter cookie I've ever eaten, gf or not. The owner explained how and when to thaw, and they were perfect. Very happy to have Trouvi within driving distance.

Vacationing in Dallas this week and decided to try Trouvi Cookies out after seeing their dedicated GF facility on the Find Me GF app. So happy I did! I ordered 6 cookies and will be back before we head home to try some other flavors! So far I’ve only tried the Sweet and Salty and it’s absolutely delicious. So soft and chewy! The employees explained the best way to store the cookies to maintain the texture and also recommended a few local GF restaurants! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I consider myself quite the GF cookie connoisseur and these are THE BEST gf cookies I’ve EVER had!!! My kids and I stopped in while visiting friends in Wylie. We’re from Oklahoma and don’t have anything like this. The owner was super knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! I had a crazy driver messing with me on the highway and was afraid he may have followed us there. The owner gladly waited outside while we got in our vehicle and drove away safely. We highly recommend the cookies and the establishment! Thank you again Trouvi cookies! My kids said the cookies were so good and did not taste gluten free!

Dedicated gluten free cookie spot. You can buy single cookies but it’s cheaper to buy more at once. All kinds of flavors. My favorite so far is the blueberry cream! The owners were really nice and explained everything in great detail. They also go down to the Dallas farmers market and sell the cookies there. They might deliver but I would double check with them on that.

The owner is a cookie expert! You can tell he loves what he does and is dedicated to his craft. There are several dairy free options as well. The sweet and salty cookie is incredible! My entire family who doesn’t eat gluten free LOVED these cookies.

I'm a dairy- and soy-free celiac who also avoids pea protein. (Didn't see any pea protein in my choices, but there are other beany ingredients in some of the cookies.) The knowledgeable owner baker narrowed down my choices with me and had me check ingredient labels before I paid. So thoughtful! The best deal is to buy a dozen (in any assortment!). They're frozen and thaw quickly. I eat half of a cookie because they're big and sweet. (He doesn't skimp on sugar by adding filler ingredients.)

These Celiac friendly, Gluten Free cookies are A-MAZ-ING! Dedicated Gluten Free kitchen. The owner takes great pride in his cookies which he has dozens of delicious choices. He was also very knowledgeable about celiac disease and carefully checked which cookies we could order because we also can't tolerate oats which some of his cookies used oat flour. We ordered 12 big cookies, which are frozen for freshness, and our favorites are the mint chocolate chip, chocolate chunk explosion, ginger molasses, peanut butter chocolate chip, snickerdoodle, and my personal favorite like Paddington bear, the sweet orange marmalade cookies! So soft and yummy...a celiacs dream come true... heaven! Thank you.

Awesome cookies and service! I discovered this company through reviews on the gluten-free app. I bought two dozen to give out at my birthday and everyone loved them! Fantastic. Everything is completely GF. About half of their cookies are also DF and he knew a ton about cross-contamination with dairy and was very helpful. Absolutely recommend this place! Best GF cookies I’ve ever had.

This place is AWESOME! Everything is GF and they are very knowledgeable of what ingredients go into each cookie. I am intolerant to coconut flour, but not coconut oil. We’ve come many times and the owners always remember my allergy when I want to try new cookies. They even have a stand at the Dallas Farmers Market on the weekends! The shop looks closed at times, but it’s usually because they are in the back baking all those tasty treats. Call them or just walk in and you will be greeted with a smile.

These have got to be the BEST cookies I have had in a long time, gluten free or not. I am a recently discovered celiac and have been missing baked goods dearly. I found Trouvi on a whim and decided to walk in and am so glad I did. These cookies are fantastic for all, and life changing for those of us with food sensitivities/allergies/intolerances. The service was phenomenal and the owner spent a lot of time talking over their process and ingredients with me. This is a DEDICATED gluten free facility in every sense of the word. A lot of love and care goes into these cookies and it shows. Their treats certainly make me miss “gluten” cookies a whole lot less, if at all. The price point is extremely reasonable, more so than many non diet friendly places even. These folks really are on a mission to serve this community. I strongly recommend checking this place out.

I found Trouvi’s and came with my girlfriend who recently found out she has Celiacs, and our visit made her day (and mine) before we even tried a cookie. And then we got to try these delicious monsters and I couldn’t recommend this place fast enough. There are no concerns with cross-contamination and they’ll explain their process and address any concerns. The cookies are better than I’ve gotten anywhere and the list of flavors is mouth watering.
