The general manager was so knowledgeable! He said for the pizza's, you can make any of them gluten free and they have a dedicated oven. He was very aware of cross contamination issues. He made recommendations and they were outstanding! And I was not afraid to eat them after listening to him. We had the Ancient grains salad and the grilled cauliflower Both were outstanding!
Marked gluten free menu. Does mention that gluten containing items are made in their kitchen. However the waitress was knowledgeable, let staff know I had celiac, and double checked on a drink for me. Had the delicious chicken satay and Korean glass noodle bowl with no reaction after.
Several gf options clearly marked on the menu. I had the chicken satay as a starter then enjoyed the redfish tacos. No reaction, so I'm a happy girl. This restaurant also had a decent wine list. Would definitely eat there again.
The food itself was really tasty, but I did get glutened by the quinoa burger. I think this is probably a wonderful place if you’re avoiding gluten for intolerance reasons or as a personal choice - they have a lot of fun health food options on the menu and the staff is so sweet and friendly - but celiac folks, especially the super sensitive, should probably grab a bite elsewhere. 😕
Always a safe place for me to eat. If I ask a lot of questions and they're not sure, they always go double check. Expensive but a nice splurge.
Visiting and came on a recommendation. Food was excellent. There weren't tons of gluten free choices but there were certainly enough. I had roasted Cauliflower as a starter. Delicious. Then had Panang curry. Also delicious but very hot (spicy ) for my taste. Lovely pomegranate sorbet to finish.
Eat here a couple times each year when in town on business. Fantastic, healthy gf options. Street tacos and tuna tataki never disappoint. Love the wide variety of fresh juices. Had a Mediterranean salad yesterday that was original and had fantastic flavor. Never once had a reaction.
In town for a conference. Loved the curry and juice options!
Kind of hit or miss. Ive had things I loved and things that were just okay. Menu os seasonal so options change. But it's always fresh and staff is usually helpful. I've never had a reaction after eating here.
I had the Gluten free turkey lasagna and it was delicious! Either I must have been starving or this was possibly the best lasagna I've ever had (other than moms of course). I wish we had this place in Alabama :-(
I stopped here my first time hoping for more gluten free options then salads. They offered pizza on pita or sandwich, which wasn't obvious to me on menu. Thankfully I in listed help from server. But all the fresh vegetables in the world doesn't satisfy a craving for a sandwich. I just wish restaurants under stood that!! Advertising GF should mean more then salads and soup. Pizza on pita ok I won't go back too pricy for what I got.
You are definately paying for high quality local organic produce here, but it is worth it to splurge sometimes. The salad bowls are HUGE, the other dishes are more portion friendly. Would recommend this place if you are in the area
We have eaten here several times. The food is consistantly excellent. It is a bit pricey; however, that is to be expected for tasty good-for-you food. They are true to their name "True Food."
We ordered through Grub Hub to our hotel. I ordered gf dishes and clicked that it was an allergy. We both went vegetarian. My hubby got the curry bowl and I got the teriyaki bowl since that's not always easy to get gf. His curry was delicious! The teriyaki bowl lacked flavor in my opinion. I ended up spooning some of his curry sauce over my food. I don't know if any of the other menu items can be made gf since we were not in the restaurant. As far as safety goes, it was great. No problems whatsoever. If I were to try it again I'd definitely get something other than the teriyaki.
