I eat here regularly and have never had an issue. Menu is clearly marked and there are many GF options. The staff takes precautions in the kitchen and is serious about allergen protocols.

I found a piece of wheat dumpling in my Korean glass noodle bowl (vegan, GF). The kitchen is not as safe as would be expected, even though the staff seem knowledgeable. Will not be dining with them again.

Ordered a gluten free sandwich and a regular sandwich in the same order. Specified that a diner has celiac. When my daughter arrived they couldn’t tell her which was gluten free and wouldn’t redo the order. Won’t go there again - bummer because we traveled a distance based on the reviews on here. Not worth the risk.

Staff immediately knew what to do when I told them I have celiac. Not only did he confirm my choice was gluten free, but he explained he would alert the kitchen staff. My food was brought out first before the gluten filled plates :). I always loved this place before I was diagnosed and was very happy to see it’s celiac friendly

Excellent options for GF! The menu is clearly marked and that was fantastic. Lots of local food and unique dishes. They even grow their own herbs outside! My mom had the lasagna bolognese, I had the fish tacos. Both gluten free and both delicious!

Celiac friendly?

I was so excited to try this out, reading the other location reviews. I think I must’ve been cross contaminated here, unfortunately. I had intense symptoms (celiac) the next morning. I had gluten free pita, kale guacamole and the Korean noodle bowl. I would try again to see if they had their act together.

Wonderful experience here. I’ve been several times and have tried many things. Their burrito bowl is super yummy. I have never inquired about their gluten free pizza (about cross contamination) but I have not gotten sick here and always enjoy the freshness of the food.

I had a great experience at True Food Kitchen. Their menu is clearly marked. Served marked down my allergies and my food was brought out first and allergies announced, which is always reassuring. I paired some sides and shrimp together and all the food was great!
