So happy to have found this gem with so many GF options. The waiter said that they write “celiac” on the specific GF order and the pizza is made in a separate area. The GF pizza dough is more of a cracker with barely any edge, but my daughter wasn’t bothered and I think enjoyed the fact that the waiter really seemed to know what to do and that so much of the menu was marked gluten free. It was Saturday evening and restaurant got very full quickly so I recommend a reservation.
Yay! What a fun spot with a good vibe. I felt so "normal" eating here. Menu is clearly marked with all things gluten free (vegan & vegetarian options are marked too). Food was great! Server was knowledgeable! GF pizza is cooked in a fresh, new clean grill. Their oat milk and desserts are also GF. I'll definitely be coming back!
Great for celiac! Gf pizza is a great option - they have one oven but will remove all gluten pizza and cook the gf pizza on its own on its own stone. The gf pita is also the best I've ever had!! Get it with the hummus! Menu is clearly marked and I've always felt safe and cared for by the wait staff. Yummy cocktails too :)
We took our celiac kiddo here. I feel like what we ordered was safe but they have a weird CYA thing going where they caveat on their menus that they have gluten in their kitchen so even though everything marked for celiac is prepared separately they can’t guarantee no gluten. But the server was much more confident. We felt safe with his description and had no reactions. Food was good but portions were small and we aren’t big eaters!
10/10 would recommend! Josh was so nice and informative on our first visit here! I’m gluten sensitive and the menu had a little “gf” next to everything gluten free. We had the charred cauliflower (delicious!) the squash casserole (yum cheese!) and the flourless chocolate cake (YES 100x!) No flare ups and will definitely be back!
I ate here on a Sunday and I have been bloated and had stomach cramps for the past two day definitely would not recommend for anyone with a gluten sensitivity. They were very busy when we went so maybe that had something to do with it but I did let the server know that I had a wheat allergy when ordering.
Ate here once a couple weeks ago. They were incredibly busy for being early evening, which made me nervous. Menu isn’t huge in general, so limited GF options. They did understand my needs due to Celiac & mentioned the precautions they use. Pricey for what you get. Chia Seed Pudding was delicious though.
Staff was extremely knowledgeable about cross contamination and their gf items were clearly labeled. They assured and reassured me that they’d change gloves, ensure clean surfaces, no fillers in their sauces, etc. Unfortunately although I felt great about my order, it tested positive w/ the Nima and I couldn’t eat. Thankful to have been spared a painful glutening but sad to see that even w/ all their assurances of a safe meal, gluten was still detected. Our waiter was very apologetic and seemed embarrassed at the fact that although the manager came and apologized, he didn’t give a discount or comp my husband’s meal or even offer a different plate even though I had to sit there unable to eat. I asked them to remove my plate off the bill and they did. Sad experience overall for someone w/ Celiac but thankful for my Nima.
I've had nothing but success as a Celiac at True Food Kitchen. My favorite dish is the roasted chicken and several of the many gluten free/dairy free desserts. All of the staff seems extremely knowledgeable about food allergies/Celiac, and ensures that extra care will be taken to make sure I don't get sick.
Jovan was our waiter and he was so nice to get all my questions answered! They no longer carry oat milk so that espresso drink was not available. They do have almond milk if you are dairy free! There is an allergen menu online as well. I got the gf chicken tenders. They are made on an air fryer!
The food here was delicious and while our waiter didn’t know what celiac was, he got the manager to make sure I was taken care of. However, I got pretty sick. My symptoms haven’t been severe, but definitely enough to make my life difficult. Very sad because I went here because of how seemingly safe they were.
Not dedicated but most of the menu is GF. All labeled on the menu. Server was knowledgeable on celiac cross contact/contamination procedures.
Chicken tenders/sandwiches are GF. Ranch is fantastic. Dedicated air fryer. No fries on the menu but I had cheesy mashed potatoes for a side.
My parents who are not GF enjoyed the food, too.

Note: a few hours later I did get pain in my tummy. Not sure if it was because of gluten or something else I may have come in contact with. Just wanted to note this for anyone with celiac. 🥲
