Don't go here. They have posioned me twice. Their staff is incompetent and have switched my orders up twice. When I say I want gluten free, make sure its gluten free. Plus overly expensive with small portions
Knowledgeable staff, almost everything is GF. Great hearty, healthy vegetarian options.
True food is great for GF options but I’ve gotten sick from here a few times. I’ve still returned many times; maybe the already prepared food wasn’t at the right temp. They have many GF baked goods and salads and also made to order foods that are also organic.

Food was very good and staff helped navigate the menu. All baked goods are gluten free.
Delicious! 80% of baked goods are GF and they have Rudi's bread and rice wraps. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Wide selection of prepared foods.
Always good. My go to for quick and easy meal. Staff usually understands contamination issues or will ask. Chef/owner is awesome and aware of contamination. No GF toaster, so beware the bread if you are celiac.
Tasty. Lots of gf options. The gf and non gf cookies are in the same box, however the non gf are on the bottom. The cookies were dry, especially the pumpkin spice. The muffin was also dry and crumbly
I've eaten here plenty of times and am impressed with there gluten free selection. Everything is clearly marked and they are knowledgeable about preventing contamination.
Amazing food! I own a business up the street from here, so I eat here almost daily. Healthy and quality food I never get sick from. I highly recommend them!
true food was very accommodating of my wheat and nut allergy and the sweet potato quinoa burger was delicious! the gingerbread spice pumpkin muffin was out of this world as well. I'll definitely be going back for another meal and treat! highly recommend

This restaurant was very busy at lunch time but I am glad we stayed. I was able to find vegan AND gluten-free menu items and everything was delicious. You can taste before you order. I cam home with lots of meals. This is a great find!
