We went wirh friends and were simply hoping for a gf option. After checking with the food truck chef, he told me very openly he is not comfortable to prepare any food for celiacs. He said it is flour all over the truck. My son and I did not eat anything.

There is a food truck that offers GF bread. I ordered the hot lobster roll. You have to order online so i put in the notes “celiac. please be careful with cross contamination”. Once i got the food, I verified with the chef. The lobster was good even the bread was good (it didn’t fall apart).
