I wanna love this place for them even offering to make things gluten free in the first place, but not sure what the point of that is without a separate fryer. :(

Really love this place. The food is great and I fully trust the items I order are GF. Everything says if they have gluten in it or not, and if you can modify it to be GF. As an FYI I would assume anything fried shares the same fryer.

The original Austin location in cherrywood opened right when I found out I needed to avoid gluten and I enjoyed the drunken noodles until I felt they got greasy and lacked the same flavor
It’s been a couple of years since I’ve been to a location after that but after having AMAZING Chinese Takeout in New York I was really craving something.
I saw that they had orange chicken that was already gf and df without needing to customize so I ordered that. Felt that was a safe bet after seeing some gf users say they had issues with cross contamination etc - it made sense to me to pick a dish that was naturally gf for the restaurant verses something that needed to be cooked differently. Honestly it was “okay” didn’t have a lot of flavor or umph. I feel like the orange chicken I make at home using the momma knows gf recipe is A LOT better (I even sometimes sun a gf orange sauce if I don’t have time to make the sauce from scratch and it’s still better than the orange chicken from here)
Allllll of that aside I don’t feel sick so I feel more comfortable branching out on the menu to try different items

Finally, a gluten free Chinese Delivery place... Nope.
I have celiac and my next few hours were miserable. I did a little reasoning and made an educated guess that the fried elements were Cross Contaminated. — ordinarily I'd kick myself for not being more aware or asking another question, but... You can't ask questions. There are no phone orders, only online options. Things say they can be made or already are naturally are gluten free with not a single note about Cross Contamination being a regular occurrence.

AMAZING! to find a Chinese delivery safe for a celiac is an insanely joyous moment for me! Also they are great for the community paying all workers and drivers a livable wages!!
Yes
Delicious Chinese takeout and delivery, tons of options, nearly everything can be made gluten free
No
Almost all items can be made GF or are already GF. All batters are corn-starch based, and soy sauces are tamari based when requested.
Deliveries are free. Tips are not accepted.
