They can basically make any meal gluten free! Chicken Parm was AMAZING. They have a separate dredging station with gluten free bread crumbs. The kitchen staff are EXTREMELY knowledgeable and even use tamari soy sauce in most dishes PLUS they have GF pasta. All you need to do is ask. No dedicated fryer though.
They have GF pizza, although I didn't try it because I wasn't in the mood for pizza. I just got a salad with grilled chicken. The options here are limited but they are aware of celiac which is good.
