Only a couple items marked as GF on menu. I have had the shrimp and grits a few times, including last night. It’s amazing and I have never had a reaction and I consider myself to be pretty sensitive to gluten exposure.

i was really dissatisfied. from the reviews I was thinking there was going to be many options and there isnt. About 3-4 things are labeled gf. They do have gf bread but dont have any gf sandwiches. I had the side salad and soup which is small. I think everything was mighty pricey for the items listed. They make their own jam which was good but I wont return unless they were to expand the menu.

Great shrimp and grits!

This was amazing. I was able to get a gluten and dairy free breakfast that was delicious. Highly recommended. I'm not sure it would be celiac friendly or if they have dedicated fryers, but they were very easy going and the manager was very knowledgeable.

Delicious salads and sandwich options make this a great hot spot for lunch. Knowledgeable staff are committed to ensure you have a good experience. My only gripe is not offering a gf option when complimentary muffins and jam are gleefully served to others. Parking is very limited so walking from the Bed Bath & Beyond lot is more convenient.

The food here was super delicious…all sauces and meals are made in-house and fresh. GF items are listed on the menu. Not a lot of GF specific items…but because everything is made fresh and in-house, they are able to re-make items to accommodate allergies. I had the Grilled chicken BLT…and they were able to make it GF…they even have GF bread for sandwhiches. They do not have a dedicated fryer…so fried foods are out. I would definately go back.

I had the shrimp and grits which was excellent. They have menu items marked gf, which are limited, and they also carry gluten free bread. But the shrimp and grits were probably the best I’ve had. Not spicy but full of flavor, made fresh to order. Yummy.

Lovely place, but they don’t have a gluten free menu. In fact, they have only a few items that are GF. We didn’t stay to eat.

I had cheese grits with eggs. The server was knowledgeable and my food was good. I just wish I’d been able to get something sweet since the entire place smelled like maple syrup. There is flour everywhere, so caution is recommended
