Very knowledgeable and safe. GF buns and pizza dough. Fries are not GF. I got the nachos. They were really good.

This place is great! Madison was an awesome server who is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. She has a severe peanut allergy and knows all of the safe allergy foods and tags them all for the kitchen. She was able to ensure my food was GF and my sons food was safe for his peanut and tree nut allergies. We felt super safe here and had great food. I recommend this place 10/10. Gf pizza and buns also available.

Always have GF options and mention the possibility of cross contamination. Been here multiple times and never had an issue. Great pizza, burger and salad options.

I don't know where the positive experiences that others have had at this place came from. Based on the reviews and on a phone call to the restaurant, I went there trusting that I'd be able to eat a large proportion of the food on the menu safely. It turned out I could only eat one or two of the salads, and even the salad I ate (the seared tuna salad) had to have the dressing substituted for a different one due to gluten content. The server (who was super rude, impatient, and unwilling to talk to us about allergens in spite of the restaurant being almost completely empty at the time) informed us that everything cooked in the oven and on the grill would be cross-contaminated with gluten - only things that were raw (salad greens) and things that could be cooked in their own pan would be gluten free (so, for example, the salmon could be gf, but the veggie and risotto sides that came with it would both be contaminated). Same goes for burgers and pizzas - "we can't set aside a whole oven just for gf items", he barked at me when I apologetically asked how I could be accommodated *as I had been told two days before by their own staff I easily could be*. If I had wanted to spend $30 on a salad, I would have gone to a much nicer restaurant. In fairness, the salad I ate didn't make me sick, and I'm lucky the server knew what cross-contamination was (even if he was really rude about it), but I paid over $100 for dinner plus one cocktail each for two people, and I would have been much happier with a gf In N Out burger. I'll never be going to this place again.

Very knowledgeable about gf. Had delicious gf buns and a very good burger. No dedicated fryer, but had other gf side options (mashed potatoes, baked potatoes, etc). Felt safe eating here and trusted the wait and kitchen staff. Would recommend!

No separate menu but most food is made from scratch so chef can tailor for gluten free. Ask for waitress who knows the gluten free options. Kitchen seems aware of cross contamination. I am Celiac and have not had a reaction. Have eaten there 5 times. AND the food is GOOD!! Try the Paella - enough for 2 and gluten free as is. Yumm.
