I’m just upset I didn’t try this place sooner! Can’t say enough good things. Food was incredibly fresh, delicious, sustainably sourced, and again delicious. I told them I have celiacs and he immediately understood and swapped his gloves. He didn’t make it weird at all but did take it seriously. I will be back here many more time.

The food is extremely fresh and delicious. Every single item on the menu is marked. All the GF items are Celiac friendly and they have a separate fryer for the fried onion. If you let them know your restrictions they’re happy to accommodate you and in case it’s an issue, the entire menu is dairy free. Customer service is above and beyond. Highly recommend!!!

Almost all of the menu is gluten free. I was getting frustrated trying to find a good sushi joint with gluten free knowledge and offerings. Now I just come here.

Possibly my favorite spot in Denver! Ingredients sourced locally and sustainably, absolutely fresh and delicious each time, and the customer service has always been super friendly and helpful!! Almost the entire menu is gluten free and they take allergies/contamination seriously if you let them know!

Staff was very kind and helpful and took the gluten sensitivity seriously. They had a lot of options clearly marked and as a perk has a lot of local and fresh options. Had a great experience with them.
