Excellent GF pizza that is made in a separate pan on what I understood to be a separate work space. I am very sensitive to gluten and ate freely with no reaction. The crust is so tasty and holds up perfectly to the ingredients. The staff was super knowledgeable and kind to me and were sure to accommodate my sensitivities. The entire pizza menu (likely close to 40 different types) can be made with GF crust. So much variety and the taste was phenomenal and authentic.
