Outstanding service and GF toast with my breakfast
So I went here yesterday, and when I asked the waiter what they had for gluten free he told me the only thing that they could do gluten free was a cauliflower crust for the pizza. Is it cooked separately in a safe environment? I don't know. But I asked if they had gluten free buns and my waiter told me they didn't, so I'm pretty upset this morning seeing that they did because I would've loved a burger last night. But the pizza was very good!
Finally a place in Blackhawk with Gluten Free options! They have gf buns but no dedicated fryer. The server was so fantastic at double checking with the chef to make sure our meal was safely prepared!

Our server Maddie was extremely knowledgeable about celiac. They have cauliflower crust for pizza, gluten free buns, a dedicated fryer and I was assured they change their gloves and prepare food in a separate location. It’s awesome! Just came back for dinner and they fry their chips but if you ask for gluten free nachos they also will switch out for tortilla chips. Super happy.
We had the cauliflower crust cheese pizza and the steak with a side salad. Both were delicious. The pizza was cut using a new cutter. I had asked to speak about GF items and the chef came out and spoke with me about what she couldn't couldn't do.
