Knowledgeable, and an expanding gluten free menu that now has pasta and ravioli in addition to pizza

The staff was knowledgeable about gluten free. They have pizza, pasta and ravioli. I asked about the chicken wings and they are cooked in a separate dedicated fryer and are gluten free. Everything was excellent!!
