The staff is very helpful, they showed me the different sauces and even stop out to ask a question during preparation. Their food is wonderful, and they will adjust spice levels to your taste. They are happy to switch pans (I believe this is standard). I ordered #9 Yum Woon Sen Spicy and it was great, to Spicy for hubby. Just be sure you let them know your needs. We like to go during slower times and eat in, but I do this regardless of where we are eating.
