They do have gluten free buns and dedicated fryer. They changed gloves for my meal. But everything was super salty. I love salt but holy smokes!
Went with a buddy and had a great experience. The staff were very knowledgeable and able to easily answer my questions. The burger was delicious and the dedicated fryer made for yummy fries.
I've eaten here twice both times I've had severe reaction. It's good but not worth the reaction. :(

Yep, I did it. I ate the whole burger. A thick, juicy, gluten free burger. I’m actually having a hard writing this review because my body is shutting down like it does after a Thanksgiving meal. I can’t even eat my GF fries. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger and just realized I forgot to take a pic because I got so excited when I saw my burger. Just imagine, a steaming hot, thick and juicy burger with cheese and awesome bacon hanging over the sides. Better than a picture, huh. I’m definitely going back. Oh and by the way…no reaction AT ALL!!! Delicious and safe, what a perfect lunch.
Great burger! Fries in a separate fryer. Have one of their monstrous margaritas while you're there.
Had a great experience! I got a grilled chicken sandwich with the gluten free bun! So good! Bun was delicious too! They have a lot of toppings and the French fries are fried in their own fryer! We’re here on vacation so it was great being able to eat here and still feel great after!
The food was awesome, the staff was fully aware of celiac and the necessary precautions. The cooks changed gloves and cooked the food in a separate area. The staff was courteous and the food tasted great with no reaction.
I think this is my last time here. I honestly don't feel that I can trust things to be gluten-free, their allergen list is incomplete and contradictory, status of individual items seems to be constantly changing, and by their own admission they don't protect against cross-contamination.
This place is NOT Celiac-friendly. There is so much cross contamination. The buns are toasted on the same equipment as regular buns, regardless if it's gluten free. I watched the chefs touch spatulas to bread with all burgers. The guy who prepped my burger did change his gloves, but I found 2 not gluten-free fries under my food.
Burger and GF bun were great! Staff was very knowledgeable about what sides could have cross contamination. The shakes are ridiculously good.
best burger in Dallas. pricey, though. root beer is homemade and beyond fabulous. try a bison or ostrich burger if you get the chance.
I was pleasantly surprised by their awareness and helpfulness. I had a burger with their gf bun. It was quite good! I will return !

The burger was outstanding, so were the sweet potato chips! I love the fact that they have GF options, but I feel that the cook staff had little knowledge on how to handle/prepare GF food. I had to remind the guy putting the buns together in the containers, to change his gloves before opening the package that was my GF bun. I was nervous the whole time I was there watching them so that they weren't going to cross contaminate my sandwich. I think when someone orders a GF bun, someone (1 person) should take charge of the order from start to finish so the GF person doesn't get sick.

such a cool hole in the wall! ! They have Gluten free buns provided by local oven. Everyone gets a famous name and the lady that calls them is full of character. I had the Kevin Bacon and it was awesome! !! The burgers are pretty big, I could have easily shared with my 3 Littles. Definitely a must try if you are in the area. Get there early, the line is out the door!

The staff has always seemed knowledgeable about gf allergies, and their burgers have options of gf bun and the sweet potato chips are delicious

Do NOT try to eat there when busy. You have to be really assertive and explain to use separate gloves, just microwave the bun and NOT put it through the butter machine or onto the grill. I have a great bartender who I usually visit, and when he takes care of my order, everything goes fine. It's a 50/50 tossup if it's not a regular. Skip the lettuce, tomatoes & onions. Honey mustard & green chilies seem to be safe bets. Service can be absolutely horrible, I would eat at the bar if you're willing to risk it. Sweet potato chips are CC'D too, don't risk them.
First of all the GF bun was amazing. Our server Stephen was amazing. They do have a fryer just for fries but he was very honest about the crew working when we visited and not trusting the fryer to just be fries. So I got a burger with a gf bun. It hit the spot! I would absolutely recommend stopping by if you have the time!
Very knowledgeable about gluten allergy. Helpful in helping me order. Got a burger and fries (fryer only cooks fries - no cross contamination). Didn’t get sick! Very good and satiating.
They have GF buns for the burgers, the fries are in a separate dryer. It's really tasty. I didn't try to sauces on the table or the pickles. The server actually asked if I had an allergy or celiac.

I always get the Vegabond with gluten free bun & fries. The fries have their own dedicated fryer.
ALWAYS specify if you have celiac or an allergy so they can change their gloves.
I am unsure if the ice cream and sauces are gluten free, so I just avoid them.
