Very honest, helpful staff. I went during lunch time: While they do not have a gluten free menu, nor are things notated as gf on the menu, they are very willing to ask the cooks about everything, and are very honest as to what could potentially be cross-contaminated.

I did not eat at this restaurant. But did receive a text from them when inquiring about allergens on 5/17/22. From Twisted Tree Steakhouse:

We have peanuts within our building from time to time, therefore we openly handle several allergens throughout our locations, including dairy, soy, tree nuts (e.g., almond, coconut, etc.), eggs, wheat and others. While we take precautions to keep ingredients separate, we cannot guarantee that any of our beverages or food items are allergen free as we use shared equipment to store, prepare and serve.

The food was great and server knowledgeable of menu items that could be made gluten-free. The host however appeared unhappy.
