The owner is celiac and they offer a celiac safe approach to making sandwiches but not a dedicated space. Good breakfast and lunch option

Staff was super knowledgeable about celiac. Changed gloves and cleaned the entire work surface before making my daughter’s sandwich. And the sandwiches and salads were delicious!

Delicious GF bread, and they grill your panini separately in foil so it doesn't get contaminated. Was very happy to be able to enjoy a grilled Reuben like a normal person.

Well, mixed feelings. All the previous reviews said celiac friendly. When I went in, I clarified that they had gluten free and ordered. I went to the pay area and they definitely were bit worried about any sort of cross contamination. My sandwich went on and off the panini press and the cutting board with all the other food. In addition, I never saw anyone wash their hands. Either between touching regular/gluten free bread or between touching money and the food. I finally asked for a refund and they said, you have to us that you have celiac, we'll remake it. One lady still did not wash her hands, but the other did and took over making my sandwich after they all grumbled and complained. The Reuben was okay, but not the best I've ever had:/

I love this place. Fast friendly service and delicious sandwiches. Gluten free bread is delicious as well as the house made salsas and cranberry chutney.

After stumbling around Idaho Springs looking for a restaurant I could eat at besides Beau Jo's I happened to walk in this place and mention "gluten-free". They immediately told me the had gluten-free bread to make for sandwiches! I don't know if the prepare them on a cleaned off surface - but the sandwiches we ordered (salmon salad sandwich and Reuben) were amazing. And even though I am usually very sensitive to cross-contamination - I did not feel any gluten reaction from eating there. I recommend that you check this place out!
