Review
Many GF options, not dedicated GF but appeared safe and my husband had no reaction. My daughter said it was her favorite meal. We all three tried the bowls and added various toppings. When my husband asked the server behind counter about GF and celiac, so wasn't very friendly and looked at us like a dear in the headlights. We weren't pleased with the service and watched the staff have interesting interactions with other customers too. But the food was tasty and no one got sick!

Very clear labeling for DF and GF, most items are both. Lots of yummy and healthy options for meats, veggies, slaw, grains (or no grains if paleo) to build your own bowl.

Great mix of salads and bowls all with most options GF. Everything clearly marked as GF and or DF. HAD Noahs’s Arc consists of pulled beef, pulled chicken, and pulled pork with spicy Oz sauce, cabbage carrots, and scallion slaw on a base of jasmine rice and smashed chickpeas added pickled veggies and avocado too!
