I ordered an Alfredo pasta requesting separate water for the pasta to be cooked in to avoid cross contamination. Yet partially through my dish, after feeling as if I was going to die, I found other kinds of glutinous pasta mixed in with mine. The waitress did not care nor did the restaurant provide good hospitality once confronted.
They don’t publish all they have for gluten free because they are testing it out (not sure why because everything is amazing they do) they have a dedicated kitchen for gluten free and the staff knows a lot so ask them what you can get that’s gluten free and they will know or at least the 5 times I have gone they have. Great place. A must try
