Patrick, the chef is awesome & very knowledgeable. If you are celiac & contact him ahead of your stay, he will certainly accommodate your needs. He even went as far as to make me a special 3 course meal. I’m only giving 4 stars, though, because while gf items are indicated on the menu, many of these contain chips that are fried in a shared fryer. The kitchen can bake the chips for you upon request, but the staff I talked to the 1st time were unfamiliar with gluten free accommodations. But, everyone was super friendly and eager to help me get the meal I needed. So, 5 stars for that! I ate there and enjoyed tacos and the ceviche with corn tortillas. I am very sensitive & did not get sick. Again, can’t say how much I appreciate Patrick’s knowledge & willingness to help.
