The gluten free pizza is a frozen pie crust used at all of the local pizza restaurants that offer gluten free pies. Not worth the trip

Came here for the GF pizza and it was delicious. The owner seemed very knowledgeable about GF food. Would definitely come back here again to try the other pies. They have other GF options besides the pizza too.

The owners truly embrace gluten free and are very accommodating. No frozen white crust with slab of sauce here. You can get any pizza as gluten free and I took the advice of the previous reviewer and asked for rice flour on fried calamari and everyone at the table loved it! It was light and fresh and delicious. The pizza crust was crisp which was great. You can also get gluten free pasta and I had a fabulous desert made from nut flour that was delicious and hot and would have been insane with vanilla ice cream. The owner/chef came by our table to see how we like it and it’s clear he respects gluten free dining and knows a lot about the different alternative flours. Bravo! this is my go to place now.

First I think that I should mention that I'm not Celiac, so I can't say that this is a Celiac friendly. I can tell you that the service was friendly, atmosphere clean and classy, food fresh and full of flavor. We ordered a Ceasar Salad ( no croutons) ( their salads are mostly Organic BTW ), a GF Pomodoro Pizza , and Calamari. The caesar salad was very nice ( big slices of fresh parmesan ). the Pizza was some of the best GF I've had. The crust was very crispy around the edges and a tad chewy in the middle. Not at all chalky or overly flimsy like too many others I've had. The fresh mozzarella and the sauce ranks up there with some of the best you'll find. To be a bit more specific, I can tell you that the sauce is equally savory ( garlicky ) and sweet. The calamari was not on the menu as a gf option. We asked if it could be done and they accomodated by preparing it with rice flour. It was fresh and cooked to perfection. Some of the best gf calamari we've had! Regarding pricing..... a little on the high end. Particularly the upcharge of $5 for gf crust. Portions were a bit small considering. I'm willing to pay a bit more for the food here, it's worth it.
