We ordered directly through the website for delivery. Gluten free items are not marked on the online ordering system. Their system had an option for "no breadstick" and a notes section. I downloaded the Gluten free menu from the website first for reference. I ended up getting the Italian Cobb Salad and did not have to make any substitutions aside from requesting no breadstick and adding a gluten free note to the notes section. My salad came packaged separately from other order items. The order was taped to the delivery bag with my gluten free note.

Ordered off the GF menu, stated gluten free, didn’t get gluten free.
Ordered spinach and artichoke dip with the GF chips off the GF menu was basically done with it when the server said “I just realized now you were ordering gluten free and I didn’t ring that in that way”. I personally couldn’t tell the difference between the chips because I’ve never had them before and they looked like corn tortilla chips.
My point is, make sure your server acknowledges that you ordered GF because just because you said it doesn’t mean it’ll get rang up correctly.

This is one of my most trusted places. They have plenty of GF options and I have never gotten sick after eating here and I'm very sensitive. They take allergies seriously but you do have to tell them up front if your super sensitive like me

They have a separate gluten free menu and are very helpful with picking options. My son has severe celiacs disease and has had no issues.
They deleted my gf bun from the order & instructions (that I watched her punch into the tablet) because they were out of gf buns and tried to serve me a regular bun. The manager didn’t comp my replacement meal. Just no regard for people’s health.

Good, but not great. Hard to find gf options online when ordering.
Uccellos has amazing GF options and not just a few on the main menu. They have a separate GF menu along with a delicious GF beer. Will definitely be back.
Great nacho option- celiacs can have them!!! Would definitely go back!
Very knowledgable staff & dedicated menu

Great GF pizza crust. Not a dedicated kitchen, but haven't been glutened after numerous times.
I've eaten here many times with no issues. I have avoided the pizza due to being warned by the staff about possible cross contamination. However, I have had no problem with other items from the GF menu. I love their deluxe chips and cheese!

Nice menu, great staff - they double checked everything for me and with a smile on her face! Highly recommend the spinach artichoke dip - yummy!!

awesome food and many choices. Could feel like a normal person eating out with non gf friends.
They have a few good GF options. I met the Mgr at a GF fair and he seemed very knowledgeable. They also use Udi's crusts for their GF pizzas.
Was in town for a conference and found this on the app. I took a chance and got the Alfredo. I typically don’t trust noodles in restaurants, but saw a few reviews that were positive, so I took a leap. It was delicious! Staff was knowledgeable and kind. I did not get sick and have been dreaming of that Alfredo.

I ordered GF hamburger and a side salad to go. I got home only to find they put croutons on my salad.
Anytime in in the restaurant I never had an issue, just take out.

Uccellos is one of my favorite, most trusted places to eat out. The GF menu has a lot of options and I've never gotten sick. Everything from nachos to pasta to burgers, so good! They don't have separate fryers so the fries aren't safe but with so many other options I don't need fries. When it comes to birthdays and holiday get togethers, Uccellos is our first choice

Eh. Just eh. Not safe for celiacs, that’s for sure. You will get cross contact, but they at least TRY. If starving, if you’re ok taking a gamble, then it’ll work, well enough, I suppose. 3 celiacs in the house, 1 does ok here when she has no other choices (school function, for example) but the other two celiacs won’t risk it enter again.
