I ate here last night and had a great experience. I have celiac and was scared by some of the reviews of people saying that had been glutened, however the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. There were lots of gluten free options but we did the omakase and each course they confirmed with me the dish and sauce was gluten free. Food was great and I didn’t get sick so would definitely recommend.

I went to UCHI and told my waitress from the beginning about my gluten allergy. I was assured most of the menu could be made gluten free and that I would be safe. I just got home from dinner and I am so sick :( do not risk it

I went for Valentine’s Day. We didn’t even get to the sushi we ordered bc I got glutened by the appetizer the waiter said was gluten free. I spent the night throwing up and ended up going to the hospital in the morning. Never again.
