I have eaten here many times and have not gotten sick. Nothing with gluten goes in their fryer - so it’s safe. The waitstaff are very helpful and knowledgeable about cross contact and Celiac disease (I heard that the owner has celiac disease). And they have very yummy Al Pastor tacos!

**Only open for dinner during Covid. Amazing! Chips in dedicated fryer and so many delicious options! I had a tostada which was fantastic but then I saw the nachos delivered to the table next to me.....

My daughter is allergic to wheat, peanuts, and tree nuts. They do not cross contaminate their corn tortillas with their regular tortillas. They don’t have any nuts in their restaurant. They have a variety of chicken and pork flavors. The tacos were really good. My favorite was the black beans.
I’ve eaten here five times and never gotten sick. They do have gluten containing ingredients so it’s always a risk. But if you tell them you’re gluten free they do follow precautions when making your food.

Dedicated fryer. Owner is Celiac and they are educated. Cute place. We had cheese enchiladas, chicken tostada, chips and salsa. No reaction.

Staff is knowledgeable about celiac, I think the owner is a celiac. Eaten here multiple times without getting sick, they have a dedicated fryer and a clearly marked menu- most of which can be made gf if it isn’t already. Also they have the best Mexican beans and rice I’ve ever eaten. Super accommodating and careful- just tell them your needs and they make it work. Love them all and their food! Excellent bar downstairs with full menu open late- but the whole restaurant is closed Mondays.

Tonight, I had my first visit to Uly's in Gresham, and was pleased with the GF choices. I ordered the 2-chicken enchilada plate with rice and beans, anticipating it would be too much food, and it was way more than two meals. The enchiladas were overly stuffed with chicken - not at all skimpy. Nice surprise. Their green salsa is particularly tasty. I'll be going back!

We couldn't stop eating. The chips, salsa, and guacamole alone was fantastic. We are picky and we loved it all -- had tacos, enchiladas, beans, rice and more. No complaints. And the server was great. She was great with gf questions, super friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed.

I love this place! They are EXCELLENT at providing celiac safe gf food, almost their whole menu is GF anyway! The owner has celiac and is very accomodating. My favorite menu item is the Nachos :D this is a MUST TRY place!

This place has some very delicious food! Enchiladas are amazing! Their nachos are called sloppy chos and they're abundant and delicious! The owner has celiac, so they take all the extra precautions. Must try if you're in the area
