The staff is very knowledgeable about gluten and another allergies. They were very accommodating and changed a few things on their tasting menu so that it was gluten free for me with no extra charge. They have gf soy sauce and the kitchen made an effort to prevent cross contamination. They have a gf dessert option but you have to ask to make it gf. Most of the drinks are gf other than beer. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely go back!
