I always get the sashimi. The edamami is gluten free, the hibachi can be gluten free, the miso soup is gluten free. Always let the server know, though, so they take special precaution. Pre-covid, I used to go sit at the sushi bar and the chefs would make me all sorts is awesome things. They prepared my food on a clean mat and were good to change gloves. The will give you tamari (gf soy sauce) if you ask. I am celiac. They had gf Moscow mules also, the last time I checked

They have gluten free soy sauce and wasabi. They always check with the kitchen. I ordered another roll half way through that I thought would be gluten free and the waiter came back saying the kitchen said no.Sushi is delicious. Love the rolls and hand rolls so much.
