The staff was totally on their game and provided me with GF soy sauce and prepped my chicken teriyaki in the back separate from my family’s gluten-filled hibachi. The hibachi chef, server, and even hosted who seated me totally knew what was gf and what wasn’t and it was a super great experience! The hostess was even gf and assured me that she has never had any issues with the food and I still got the whole hibachi experience safely. Gf items were available upon request but weren’t listed on the menu.

I’ve always had a good experience here and order food from the regularly. You just have to be careful with what you order.

I always get the sashimi. The edamami is gluten free, the hibachi can be gluten free, the miso soup is gluten free. Always let the server know, though, so they take special precaution. Pre-covid, I used to go sit at the sushi bar and the chefs would make me all sorts is awesome things. They prepared my food on a clean mat and were good to change gloves. The will give you tamari (gf soy sauce) if you ask. I am celiac. They had gf Moscow mules also, the last time I checked. ****** Note: Several menu items include the soup and salad - including the hibachi. The mushroom soup has soy sauce in it, as does the dressing on the salad. The servers often don't check with the kitchen about these items - three times I've requested gf food and explained it's for medical reasons that they've given it to me, just to take it back when I've asked them to confirm with the kitchen that it's gluten free.

They have gluten free soy sauce and wasabi. They always check with the kitchen. I ordered another roll half way through that I thought would be gluten free and the waiter came back saying the kitchen said no.Sushi is delicious. Love the rolls and hand rolls so much.
