My daughter and I who both have celiac went in and I made it vary clear that we had celiac, all of our food needed to be completely gluten free. I even went through every roll telling them what could and could not go into or on it. I didn't realize until after I had taken a bite that my sushi roll had tempura flakes in it. I specifically told them not to put it on it. I ended up having a reaction. Need to be careful here I guess.
