We live this place!

My favorite Japanese restaurant now has a gluten-free menu! The menu has 4 appetizers and 13 rolls on it. They have gluten-free soy sauce also!

Excellent food. Our server told me what I could and could not have to eat. Real crab, no sauces. They do have gluten free soy sauce. Server was kind and helpful and food was amazing.

Talk to Allen. He knew the minutiae and made sure we had gf food. Avoid artificial crab, dragon sauce, and miso soup. The food is ridiculously good once you find your choices Went back 2nd time waiter was not gf saavy. Great food but this is about gf.

I had a safe experience here yesterday. They had gluten free soy sauce and i asked for take-out chopsticks instead of the fancy wooden ones. They couldn’t tell me what the ingredients were in the sushi vinegar but they were happy to make my sushi with plain steamed rice. I had a sashimi dinner with a bowl of rice. The rice was good, the fish was fresh and delicious.

Wait staff assured me that most items could be modified to be gluten free. However, kitchen staff was NOT careful to clean surfaces, utensils, or avoid cross-contamination in sushi prep area. Edamame was cooked in same water as regular noodles. I don’t recommend this place for anyone who is celiac or gluten intolerant. Would give zero stars if possible.
