Located in Tsawwassen Mills food court. The location chef was very knowledgeable about what contained gluten and what didn’t. He advised which items were prepared where in the kitchen in what proximity to the gluten containing sauces. He advised which items had risk of CC and which ones had no risk. The front till person didn’t know but immediately went to find out and the chef cane and explained it all with only me explaining my son has celiac. Sushi wasn’t amazing, but certainly satisfying. None of the teriyaki option were GF as their only soy sauce contains gluten.
