I don’t usually order the pizza - too much risk nowadays but I will order a kale Caesar salad for myself without the crispy prosciutto and bread crumbs.

Used to be a go to spot but I’ve had a couple close calls lately and their gf crust isn’t the best. They are pretty good as long as you very clearly specify there can’t be cross contamination. But if it isnt specified they prepare the gluten free crust in the same space as their regular pizzas. I’ve stopped ordering take out because I don’t feel like I can clearly communicate what I need and make sure they understand through their online ordering service

They prepare gf pizzas in the same area they flip regular pizza dough, so cross contamination is a given. I got extremely sick!!

GF pizza is OK at best... Alright if piping hot, but pretty card-boardy after ten mins.

I did experience cross-contamination sickness from this restaurant once. I had eaten there previously and was fine, but sometimes it only takes one slip up to not return.

The awareness and staff are great, but I don’t love the gf crust. It’s quite dry and often comes out burnt.

Pizza tastes great but I didnt feel well the next morning and the only thing it could be was the za. I had the Beltliner Pizza. Thought it would be safe because they confirmed the meat was GF, might not be the case.

I was really impressed with this place. Very celiac friendly place with even some good gluten free beers. The gluten free pizza crust was fantastic!

We sat at the bar infront of the kitchen to watch the pizza ninjas and it was so entertaining! We also got to see their cross contamination protocol and it was TIGHT. Great communication across the line, new utensils and cleaned surfaces. They really et it (owners wife is celiac!) me and my 8 year loved the pizza and sitting at the bar. :)

So yummy! Had the ricotta with house-made toasted gluten free brioche, so delicious! Just amazing. I could have had that just for dinner. Also had a pizza and it was yummy.

It was definitely a safe restaurant for a celiac, but it was probably one of the worst gf pizzas I’ve ever had. The crust was just not very good at all. But I definitely felt confident in their abilities to prepare food for someone with celiac disease. They’re very cautious and take note of an order being for someone with celiac. I had an incredible rhubarb spritz that was the highlight of my experience. My dad also has celiac disease and he enjoyed the gnocchi (done with gf penne instead of the actual gnocchi). He said it was very good. Almost every pizza can be done gluten free and there is a wide variety of other options as well.

Not the best gluten free pizza I’ve ever had but they have a dedicated gluten free oven and were great with preventing cross contamination! The crust was very bland and cauliflower like.
