Review of Uncle Cheung's

This is the worlds best gluten free Chinese food! The owners son is a nutritionist and understands the importance of having strictly gluten free work places. I love the egg drop soup, general taus chicken, and pork fried rice. My whole family loves the restaurants gluten free and regular food. It deserves all five of the stars.
