Ordered the GF Cheese pizza and it was one of the best GF we’ve had. Staff made sure that the GF pizza was made on a separate and clean surface.
I had the gluten cheese pizza I have Celia an I did not get sick very impressed with the taste of the pizza 🍕🍕

The menu and staff distinguish between gluten free preference versus allergy. The menu includes a gluten free crust and a cauliflower crust, and other GF items (e.g. pizza toppings, salads, salad dressings) are noted on the menu. So helpful!
Omg, awesome awesome awesome, he wiped everything, put new gloves on, brought out all new ingredients for us, pizza was amazing so yummy, my daughter had 4 cheese and I tried the Italian omg seriously the best pizza ever, and we didn’t get sick and I always seem to get sick , I would highly recommend this restaurant 🥰
The staff was very helpful! Immediately changed gloves,grabbed fresh ingredients and cleaned off all the surfaces. My kids really liked the gf pizza and didn’t have any reactions. Celiac

Relax! They have got this!!! Walked in and told them it was an allergy-celiac. They switched gloves, brought out separate containers for topping, separate pizza platter with parchment, wiped down the counters. It was ready quickly and served hot loaded with cheese. Very attentive staff! Thank You!
They were great! They wiped down the counter, brought out fresh toppings, used new gloves, and the pizza was delicious! they asked if being gluten free was a preference or an allergy and I was pleased at how serious they took my allergy.
The pizza was pretty good but service was a little slow. Order online if your in a hurry.
Gloves are always replaced if specified allergen and counter tops are wiped they make sure to not place it in the oven next to any gluten filled items. I eat here often and have never had a reaction however keep in mind that the gluten filled pizza crust is made in the kitchen.
Really tasty GF pizza, but stay away if you're really sensitive. The last few times I have gotten sick. They are not careful with preparation. Major cross-contamination. Too bad because it was one of the few places I could eat in Minot.
if you really want pizza its good. but the service a thumbs down, theres no communication between the employees and its messy. they didnt know they were out of pesto and had to make it for my order and then we had to ask for my pizza after everyone else was already half way done with theirs.

Recommend. Staff was very conscientious of my gluten allergy. Wiped area down. Changed gloves. Operated in a gluten free prep area with toppings for gf selections kept separate for those with gluten allergies. You do need to let them know if gf allergy specific. Otherwise, you'll just get a gluten free crust or cauliflower crust but they won't take the same precautions. They also have a gf brownie. I've eaten here several times and have not had any issues. I can tell right away if I've been glutened.
Absolute fantastic experience at this pizza place, the staff was extremely knowledgeable about celiac,dairy,soy and many other allergens. The only thing for the pizza that isn’t gluten free is the meatballs. This is by far one of if not the best gluten free established I’ve ever been to and I have traveled to 10+ states all over the east coast l, exploring all the sights as well as the gluten free food options and as far as it goes this establishment is by far amongst the top 3 ever.
I got the gluten free pizza and they changed gloves and everything. It was very good. Just have to wait a few minutes for it to cool because the cheese falls off if it’s hot
