Review of Uncle Maddio's Pizza Joint

Not the best pizza. But the folks who work there are super nice, well versed in cross contamination prevention, and genuinely concerned about allergy and intolerance issues. As soon as I asked for gluten free pizza, the lady who makes the pizza started clearing the counter and cleaning it. She also got clean utensils and unopened bags of the ingredients I asked for. And everybody was super cheerful about it all. Nobody treated my order like it was a hassle at all.

When I need pizza out, this will definitely be my go to pizza place.
