Fried Rice (chaufa, with chicken or beef, I believe shrimp as well) can be prepared gluten free; I have never gotten sick. Fries can be requested gluten free… though I don’t think they have a dedicated frier, I believe they change the oil used, and I have again never gotten sick. The owner, Paul, is extremely accommodating and it would seem they handle the gluten free food properly. Obviously, some items have gluten, and the kitchen is not entirely gluten free.
