GF deli sandwich heaven! They use Original Sunshine GF bread (which has wheat starch but is Celiac safe) and it is pretty incredible - light, chewy, excellent crust, not dry, does not crumble or fall apart like GF bread typically does. I’ve eaten here twice and have not had a reaction. So nice to enjoy an amazing sub style sandwich. Lots of options and can customize.
Any of the sandwiches can be made on gluten free bread. Such delicious bread, and great sandwich combos. Classic New York style sandwich place. Very tasty, and I’ve never had an issue with contamination. My fav is the Mary Lou with a house lemonade.
Amazing GF bread here (not Udi’s)! They have just started using original sunshine hoagies here (be aware if you have a wheat allergy bc they are made from gluten free wheat starch which is celiac safe). It’s literally the size of a normal, non-gf deli sandwich and so so tasty. Please go check it out and let them know you like it so they keep ordering it!
