How would you rate the taste and quality of the gluten-free food you tried?

— Good

No gluten free menu but the waiter was very knowledgeable about celiac disease and what was truly gluten free or what could be modified. The manager took the initiative to come over and reviewed our order for us which was above and beyond. No gluten free fryer but they offered to pan fry potatoes to go on our cauliflower crust flat bread. Excellent!
