Moe's Lisa's tea house--had a tuna Mediterranean salad. Good amount of food. Salad and dressing gf. Ate this three times while at universal and did not get sick

Burger joint within the Jurassic Park area where they have the eggs and bones had gluten free chocolate shakes that were super yummy.

Harry Potter areas--butter beer regular and frozen is gf. Very yummy and sweet. Three broomsticks got a plain baked potatoe with butter. Evidently they can sometimes do gd fish and chips but they were out of batter so I was a bit disappointed.

I was avoiding meat aside from fish for lent and found it difficult to find vegetarian and gluten free at the park.
