Sadly my experience wasn’t as good as others. My waitress was happy to ask questions of the kitchen but that was the extent of knowledge. I was told the gf pizza crust was “gluten sensitive” (inaccurate. People are gs, food is not). The pizza had no gluten but it was cooked in the same oven. No dedicated space or pan for GF pizza were mentioned. I ended up getting a burger on an Udi’s bun as it seemed the safest bet. A somewhat stressful dining experience after reading previous reviews and having different expectations.
