Ordered a gluten free pizza and got sick. I wrote to the GM at the store and he asked us to come back in for a complimentary dinner, which I thought showed their dedication... We went in at the agreed upon time and he was on vacation and no one had any idea who we were or about our reservations! We will never go back to another UNOs!

I have been sick from the food 3 times... Although certain gf items off the menu are safe, many have been cross contaminated; salads, pizza, along with anything grilled... Anything baked is okay however I do not consider this a gluten free restaurant for someone with celiac disease.

Staying at a nearby hotel and we were hoping to find some safe pizza nearby for pick up/delivery. I called and asked a couple of questions about cross contamination. The person I spoke to had no clue what I was talking about. I explained that my son's have Celiac and what that meant. She put me on a maybe 30 sec hold and came back saying "yeah its fine" "it's gluten-free". Definitely didn't provide any confidence in their safety protocols.
