Highly recommended if your a celiac. They are nearly a gluten free facility. No tortillas are made from wheat, all corn so the griddle cook surface should be safe from contamination. The only gluten the server mentioned was in thier mole (a lunch option only anyways).

Great place!! They only serve tacos, no worries about flour tortillas being on the grill. Only item not GF is the mole. Nice staff too! Can't wait to back again.
