Spoke to a manger Dana before eating here. She assured me of all the things you want to know - separate pans, accommodations, CC protocols etc. Clark was our waiter and was very attentive to my celiac. One dish came out without parm when it was listed with parm on the menu and Clark explained the chef said the parm is in a big container and thus is susceptible to CC if anyone in the kitchen handled gluten and then put their paws in the parm container so he left it off my dish. That’s service and that’s how you know they take celiac seriously! I’m also currently on the gluten contamination elimination diet and was able to eat a full meal here!
we had a lovely dinner. the service was exceptional. they were knowledgeable and happy to advise about the menu which for the most part is gluten free, but they would make any substitutions they could to help. the fryer is not dedicated so the tried options are out. two of the three items on the dessert menu are gluten free, but I did not try them as I was so stuffed from my wonderful meal. and I normally never missed dessert. I highly recommend this place.
Everything on the menu was either gluten free or could be modified to be gluten free. For example, I ordered the roasted Brie which comes with bread, they substituted Udi's bread for me. It was excellent. The pork chop special of the night with roasted veggies, mashed potatoes, and cranberry relish was amazing. Our waitress was so helpful and knowledgeable. She even helped me pair a local wine with my pork chop! Great atmosphere over looking the creek. On my way out, I over heard the chef notifying the waitress their special had sold out. No doubt because it was so good.
