Review of Upstate Bar and Grill

During our visit to Cooperstown we went out on a limb to try this place. My son had celiac and wanted a burger. They offered GF buns. Sections of their menu mentioned items could be modified for gluten free and to ask the server. I did and she was knowledgeable about which items I could select. They do not have a gluten-free fryer so no fires, but my son loved their seasonal vegetable mix. The servers were great about checking to be sure these would be gluten free for my son. We had such a good experience we decided to go back a second time as well. He was thrilled! The food was delicious. If I was rating on food and atmosphere alone I would give this place 5 stars.
