The staff was knowledgeable, limited options for those who are very sensitive or celiac. Chips are fried in shared oil and sandwiches are all prepared on a shared surface. There was a cold sandwich option on gf bread. Waitstaff reported he communicated with kitchen to prevent cross contamination.
