Uptown Taco in Floral Park has an amazing gluten free menu!! We were brought chips & salsa, and the staff confidently assured me that the chips & salsa are gluten free. While the calamari is fried, it’s actually fried with rice so it’s also gluten free. I ordered the Thai Montauk Calamari tacos and OMG it was so good!!! The margaritas are great too. Uptown Taco is on my list of places that I must come back - glad I found this gem!!

Loved my tacos! Such a fun atmosphere with so many GF options! The staff checked on anything I had questions about and were so helpful. Really delicious tacos with a good variety.

Most of the menu is gluten-free and the few items that are not can be subbed to make GF. After talking to the owner, that also suffers from Celiac, he has made it his mission to make Uptown Taco inclusive to all people with any types of food allergies. It’s a gem and price is awesome!
