I didn't think I could ever eat a burger and fries together at a restaurant again . (Although they use the same fryer for everything, the GM has his staff put a pot of oil on the stove and make a special plate of fries for celiac customers. ) Their bun is delicious and holds together as well as a gluten bun. I ate here in April and had such an amazing experience that we came to Chattanooga on vacation just so I could eat here again. All three times that I've been here I have been treated with respect instead of the disdain for an unreasonable customer that I have encountered at other places. I will definitely eat here again-- probably tomorrow.
