Genuine Italian expresso! They mostly use syrup which is gluten free . Almond milk was off the charts. Did not taste burnt when hot and made amazing foam. Oat, soy, coconut milk also available. They only had prewrapped rice crispy treats which are cross contaminated. The lady was very knowledgeable. She said that they have a chef who can make most entrees gluten free. They also have gluten free pasta. Due to cross contamination in the kitchen they do not label food gf but prefer to talk with customers. They only have one fryer.
