The GF muffins are on a tray touching the wheat muffins. Not for celiacs!! If you aren’t GF, though, the wheat pastries are fantastic. We did not order off the menu, though, so other options may be fine. They offer GF bread and GF pancakes.

The menu is not marked but the staff was super friendly and the manager asked the cook about options and made sure my food was prepared separately. Had an egg sandwich, salad, and fruit. Very good! I have celiac and am sensitive, I’ll definitely go back.

Staff was wonderful about answering questions. Gluten free bread available, as well as GF pancakes. Lovely experience.

I had the avocado toast on gf toast and almond cheese. It was really good. They also have gf muffins. I had the nitro coffee too. Fresh green juice as well. Definitely a great spot.
Had the honey latte with oat milk and had a reaction! Not safe

Awesome gluten free muffin. Let them know that you have celiac disease, and they will put on a glove before they serve it to you. It is in a case with other items, but they keep it far separated so nothing is touching anything else. And, every time I’ve been here, they always have the gluten-free muffins in exactly the same place,
Not safe, and not good either.

Complete deer in headlights at the ordering counter. Two employees repeated the words "gooten? Gluten?" Multiple times.

Only one item which seemed safe enough. Tamales.
